Some of my paintings are now available as Giclee prints. Giclee (pronounced 'zhee-clay') is a French word meaning 'spray of ink' and refers to both the finished fine art prints and the method by which they are reproduced.
Giclee prints are created on special high resolution printers utilising archival inks. This amazing process allows the printer to recreate virtually every minute detail along with the subtle shades and colours of the original artwork. With this high resolution and detail Giclee prints are often difficult to distinguish from the original artwork.
Giclee reproductions are printed on museum quality fine art papers. These are heavy, archival papers similar in quality and texture to the original artwork and Giclee reproductions are regarded as being the next best thing to owning an original painting.
Below are some recent paintings that are available as Giclee reproduction prints.
